BDD 1227 is the first ground-up construction at Beirut Digital District (BDD), and it consists of 2 office buildings separated by a nineteenth century church. They are located to the West of BDD, and they face its future piazza to the East. When completed, BDD 1227 added 22,000 SQM. of office space to the BDD community. 

The project includes also the preservation and restoration of a 19th century Saint Georges church. The construction went under the church by 6 basements on the lower building and 7 basements on the upper building.
